Shipping methods
Shipments are managed according to the following methods:
ITALY: free
REST OF THE WORLD: calculated at checkout

Order fulfillment
Orders are processed Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00. They are processed within 48 hours of receiving the order and shipped following checks carried out by the companies that supervise payments. Orders placed during periods of increased online traffic (for example during holidays or close to important events) may be slowed down. Please note that all customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Delivery of the Order
Shipments are guaranteed worldwide. The sender Boutique Leni is not responsible for problems related to the shipping company.

Upon delivery of the package, Customers are asked to inspect it carefully before confirming with their signature the delivery of the order. The goods become the property of the customer upon signing.

Below are some cases that may occur:

the packaging, at the time of delivery, appears evidently tampered with: customers are advised to sign the delivery with reserve or to refuse it;
the Customer refuses delivery of the shipment or requests its return to the sender: any reshipment costs charged to Boutique Leni will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer;
it is not possible to deliver the shipment to the address provided by the Customer in the commercial contract: the package could be returned to the sender. All reshipment costs will be borne by the Customer and will be deducted from any refund due to the Customer.
