Return conditions
The products can be returned only after starting the return process from the appropriate section of your reserved area within 7 days from the order delivery date. Boutique Leni's customer service will accept the start of the return procedure and, where applicable, will send a prepaid label and the necessary instructions via email to complete the return procedure. Upon receipt you will have 7 days to ship the goods.
The products can be returned by sending the package via the courier indicated by Boutique Leni (for returns on Italian soil), or via another courier paid for by the customer (for returns outside Italian territory), only after having opened the withdrawal/return request by connecting to the website www.boutiqueleni.com by accessing your personal account, from which you can request the return electronically.
However, it is not possible to change the chosen item with another.
1. Conditions for exercising the right of withdrawal pursuant to art. 52 of the Consumer Code
The right of withdrawal is considered exercised correctly if the following conditions are fully respected:- the online return procedure must be opened by accessing your reserved area on the website www.boutiqueleni.com, selecting the order you wish to return within fourteen (14) days from the delivery date;
- the products must not have been used, worn, washed or damaged;
- The identification tag (anti-shoplifting) must still be attached to the products with the disposable seal;
- the products must be returned in their original packaging and packaged as received. If you are returning a product made up of multiple items, all the items that compose it must be returned;
- returned products must be sent to Boutique Leni in a single shipment. Boutique Leni, in fact, reserves the right not to accept items from the same order, returned and shipped at different times;
- the returned products must be delivered to the chosen courier within seven (7) days from when the online return procedure was opened (and subsequent receipt of the return confirmation from our customer service);
- a copy of the purchase invoice must be present inside the shipment.
Returns from the rest of the world : The return cost is borne by the Customer, including any customs fees.
The return must be made from the same address to which the original package was delivered.
If you have respected all the required conditions, Boutique Leni will proceed with the refund in two ways:
in the event of a return of an entire order, the total amount of the order will be refunded;
in the event of a partial return of an order, only the amount of the returned products will be refunded.
You will be contacted if the return cannot be accepted because it does not comply with the above conditions.
In this case, you can choose to have the products purchased back at your expense, paying the return shipping costs. If you refuse this shipment, Boutique Leni reserves the right to withhold the products and the corresponding amount for the purchase of the products.
2. Refund times and methods
After Boutique Leni has received your return and checked that all requirements have been met, you will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return.
Regardless of the payment method used (credit/debit card, bank transfer or Paypal), the refund will be activated by Boutique Leni as quickly as possible, and in any case within thirty (30) days from the date of acceptance of the return, once it has been verified that the withdrawal occurred in compliance with the conditions set out above.The actual time for crediting or returning the sums paid for the purchase of the products depends on the payment methods used:
Purchase with credit/debit card
The time it takes to view the refund depends on the institution that issued the card. We remind you that the value date of the credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.Purchase via PayPal
The refund will be made to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual credit card refund from your PayPal account depends on the card issuer. In the case of a gift, the sums will be refunded to the person who made the payment.
3. Returned on Italian soil
The free returns offered by Boutique Leni must be sent via the courier indicated by Boutique Leni using the return consignment note sent via e-mail by customer service after opening the online return procedure.
If you decide to use a courier other than the one indicated by Boutique Leni to return the products, you will have to pay the return costs yourself and you will be responsible for the loss or damage of the products. products during transport, and the cost of the transport itself.
4. Returned outside Italian territory
The cost of the return, any customs fees and the responsibility for the return are borne entirely by the Customer.
If orders are shipped at the expense of the Seller and not the Customer, Boutique Leni will deduct the shipping costs and any customs charges from your refund.
